Healthy Connections offers mental health outpatient therapy, psychological evaluation, autism assessment and services, alternative education, and neuropsychological assessment and therapy for individuals with traumatic brain injury. Offices in Appleton and Milwaukee. Our Clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00-5:00 and by appointment nights and weekends also.
Healthy Connections is a full service mental health clinic and autism service provider that includes alternative education evaluation and assistance. We offer individual, family and marital counseling services as well as psychological assessments and therapy.
By building rapport with clients, by committing the time and effort to be in constant communication, and by focusing on the individual and the very specific individual and personal needs, Healthy Connections help people not just survive in life, but to thrive in life.
As part of the support involved with our mental health counseling and autism services, we also provide opportunities for parents and families to experience positive connections in the community to nurture their well-being and a sense of contribution.

Each individual with autism is unique. Not only are there various places on the autism spectrum one can land, but family dynamics, time of detection, school support, and so much more can play a role in an autistic person’s function.
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and autism are both terms used to define this very complex disorder of brain development. Autism, as a disorder, is characterized by difficulties in social interaction, verbal and nonverbal communication and repetitive behaviors. The symptoms are present from early childhood and affect daily functioning. But individuals and families can cope with, and even thrive, with autism in their lives, with the help of Healthy Connections’ intensive and ongoing autism services for children and adults. With concern for both the autistic individual and his or her family, Healthy Connections provides therapy, resources, education, and the utmost compassion.
