I own a beautiful rural log home 5 minutes south of downtown Sturgeon Bay surrounded by huge maple trees, which are beautiful in any season but especially in the fall..I rent out 2 "country chic" guest bedrooms, rented separately ( a queen bed in each) with a shared bathroom. My bedroom is on the top level, so you have the run of the rest of the house with its huge living room, cathedral ceiling, cozy natural stone wood fireplace, cable TV, WiFi, dining room and shared kitchen.There is also a large deck which rings half the house, a firepit and an enclosed screen porch which is yours to use.
We are 2 minutes away from Potawatomi State Park and its wonderful hiking/biking trails, groomed ski./snowmobile trails and fishing/boating and kayak opportunities. Door County is a peninsula with 270 miles of shoreline and 5 state parks.
