    Teaching Milwaukee residents how to create an effective business plan which included an actionable strategic plan and reasonable financial statements. Classes were held bi-weekly since August 11, 2012 for two hours each session. Each participant received 1-on-1 coaching throughout the process from Justina or Jeneen. On the final day of class, 3 of the participants "pitched" their business ideas in a "Shark Tank" format to panel of lenders and entrepreneurs.
